Job description
Reporting to the F&B Management team at the establishment, you will work in various dining areas, including: Breakfast, the Estaminet, the Bar, and banquets; and your responsibilities include:
- Greet and serve customers
- Escort customers to their table
- Present the menu and daily specials
- Advise and inform customers
- Serve and present dishes
- Handle payment
- Ensure quality of service
- Liaise with the kitchen regarding specific requests
- Build customer loyalty through excellence and personalized service at every stage of their experience at the establishment
- Promote other services offered by the establishment
- Notify your supervisor of any complaints
- Follow procedures
- Ensure dining areas are set up properly
- Ensure equipment and premises are clean
- Comply with and enforce the standards and procedures in place at the hotel, as well as the HACCP protocol
Your profile
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a proven commitment to customer service. Naturally organized, you are versatile and always pay close attention to the smallest details. You enjoy working as part of a team and are thorough in carrying out your duties.
You have prior experience in a similar role within a luxury setting. Your level of English allows you to work effectively in a professional environment.

Contract: Permanent contract, 39 hours per week
Salary: €2,142.70 per month
