Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant service and general maintenance of the space and equipment
- Set up the dining area
- Serve food and beverages
- Clear tables and restore the dining room to its original condition
- Actively contribute to increasing revenue, improving service quality, and training teams
Your responsibilities:
- Promote the other services offered by the hotel
- Ensure that small equipment is in good order and check that it is clean
- Serve as the liaison between the restaurant and the kitchen
- May be required to participate in activities across various food and beverage departments
- Forward purchase orders for billing purposes and ensure payment is collected or charged to the guest’s room account
- Performs any other tasks, whether occasional or routine, as requested by management
- Complies with the hotel’s established standards and procedures while adhering to HACCP guidelines
Your profile

- Proficiency in English required;

L’Alliance – Couvent des Minimes is a 4-star hotel where history and modernity blend seamlessly. Located just a few steps from the Grand Place, it offers a peaceful setting. The hotel features 75 rooms and 8 suites. Its restaurant serves traditional cuisine with regional specialties. Two bars round out the dining options, including one dedicated to champagne in a magnificent suspended glass-roofed space. The hotel has 7 function rooms that can accommodate up to 300 people.
