L’Hermitage Gantois is seeking a Versatile Server for a temporary contract (M/F/N) during a period of increased activity.
As part of the establishment’s Food Service team, you will work in various areas of the establishment: Breakfast, the Restaurant, the Bar, and Banquets; and your responsibilities include:
- Greet and serve customers
- Escort customers to their table
- Present the menu and daily specials
- Advise and inform customers
- Serve and present dishes
- Handle payments
- Ensuring service quality
- Coordinate with the kitchen regarding specific requests
- Build customer loyalty through excellence and personalized service at every stage of the guest’s experience within the establishment
- Promote other services offered by the establishment
- Notify your supervisor of any complaints
- Follow procedures
- Ensure that food service areas are set up
- Ensure that equipment and facilities are clean
- Comply with and enforce the hotel’s established standards and procedures, as well as the HACCP protocol
Your profile
KEY QUALITIES:
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a proven commitment to customer service. Naturally organized, you are versatile and always pay close attention to the smallest details. You enjoy working in a team and are thorough in carrying out your tasks. Professional-level English is required.
