Job description
As part of the establishment’s Food Service team, you will work in various areas of the establishment: the Breakfast area, the Restaurant, the Bar, and the Banquet Hall; and your responsibilities will include:
- Greet and serve guests
- Escort guests to their tables
- Present the menu and daily specials
- Advise and inform guests
- Serve and present dishes
- Handle payments
- Ensure high-quality service
- Liaise with the kitchen regarding specific requests
- Build customer loyalty through excellent and personalized service at every stage of the guest’s experience at the establishment
- Promote other services offered by the establishment
- Notify your supervisor of any complaints
- Follow procedures
- Ensure that dining areas are properly set up
- Ensure that equipment and premises are clean
- Comply with and enforce the hotel’s established standards and procedures, as well as the HACCP system
Your profile
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven commitment to customer service. You are naturally organized and versatile, always paying close attention to even the smallest details. You enjoy working as part of a team and are thorough in carrying out your tasks.
You have one year of experience in a similar role. Your level of English allows you to work effectively in a professional setting.
Job Type: Temporary Contract (Extra) – September 6–7, 2025
Salary: €12.31 gross per hour worked

L’Alliance – Couvent des Minimes is a 4-star hotel where history and modernity blend seamlessly. Located just a few steps from the Grand Place, it offers a peaceful setting. The hotel features 75 rooms and 8 suites. Its restaurant serves traditional cuisine with regional specialties. Two bars round out the dining options, including one dedicated to champagne in a magnificent suspended glass-roofed space. The hotel has 7 function rooms that can accommodate up to 300 people.
