Reporting to the Front Desk Manager and the Senior Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities include:

– Greet guests, ensure their stay runs smoothly, and handle their check-out.
– Provide information and answer guests’ various questions
– Informing guests about availability
Your duties:
– Welcoming guests: greeting guests in French and at least one foreign language. Assisting guests throughout their stay with practical, tourist, or other inquiries. Providing information about the services offered by the hotel. Provide information about the hotel’s surroundings and local resources.
– Communicate with other departments;
– Handle administrative tasks: taking reservations, managing invoices from guest arrival to departure, processing payments, managing petty cash and cash register transactions, and maintaining the front desk office;
– Ensure the marketing and promotion of the hotel’s products and services, as well as customer loyalty;
– Provide concierge services to address guests’ requests and needs;
– Attend to VIP guests by offering personalized and tailored service;
– Provide support for guest relations tasks;
– Monitor all internal processes.
Your profile
With a background in hospitality, you have initial experience working as a front desk clerk and/or night front desk clerk;
You are thorough and self-reliant, and you know how to use good judgment in any situation;
You are known for your interpersonal skills and customer service;
You speak professional-level English.

Salary : €2,079.49 monthly + meal allowance

L’Alliance – Couvent des Minimes is a 4-star establishment where history and modernity blend seamlessly. Located just a few steps from the Grand Place, it enjoys a peaceful setting. The hotel features 75 rooms and 8 suites. Its restaurant offers traditional cuisine with regional specialties. Two bars complete the dining experience, including one dedicated to champagne in a magnificent suspended glass-roofed space. The hotel has 7 function rooms that can accommodate up to 300 people.
