Novotel Lille Centre Gares is looking for a Receptionist Apprentice.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process reservations
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures for our hotel guests—both corporate and leisure travelers, as well as groups and individuals—in accordance with internal procedures
- Prepare in advance for guest arrivals and departures
- Respond to guest requests
- Process payments on-site or remotely based on reservations
- Be able to upsell various room types
Your profile
- With a background in hospitality;
- Meticulous and self-reliant, you demonstrate good judgment in all situations;
Contract:
Apprenticeship contract (35 hours)
Salary: based on current collective bargaining agreements
