We are currently hiring a kitchen assistant (M/F/N/B) on a temporary contract basis to join the kitchen staff at the Hôtel de Bourgtheroulde:
Under the supervision of the Head Chef, your main responsibilities will include:
- Prepare the various dishes on the restaurant’s menu;
- Prepare the necessary ingredients in advance;
- Check the prep work daily;
- Comply with HACCP standards.

Your Profile
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar establishment;
- Skills: Proficiency in culinary techniques, ability to work under pressure, organizational skills;
- Qualities: Energy, creativity, team spirit, and attention to detail;
- Training in culinary arts (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, or equivalent) is a plus.

Salary : Starting at €12.02/hour + 2 meal allowances per day
