Ensure that treatments are performed in accordance with TERRAKE / Cinq Mondes brand standards, procedures, and protocols;
Advise clients on appropriate treatments and products;
Provide customer service, follow-up, and build customer loyalty;
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the wellness areas;
Contribute to achieving the department’s objectives;
Help drive revenue growth through sales efforts.
Your profile
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in aesthetics or wellness massage (CAP, BP, or equivalent);
Experience in a spa or high-end hotel setting is preferred;
Good listening skills, discretion, and a professional appearance;
Team player and customer-oriented;
Fluency in English;
In-depth knowledge of the software used in the department: Nymphéas.
Salary: Starting at €2,068 gross/month + 2 meal allowances per day + Monthly sales bonus
Contract: Permanent contract – 39 hours/week
