Requirements:
Reporting to the Head of Security, you will: VALID PROFESSIONAL LICENSE
- Ensure the safety of property and people within the hotel
- Assist and protect people (guests and employees)
- Continuously monitor and assess risks within the hotel and at its various entry points
- Implement surveillance procedures (patrols, video surveillance, etc.), incident management protocols, and reporting procedures
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure quality service for our guests
- Manage and defuse conflict situations with responsiveness and self-control
- Carry out security duties with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency
- Be familiar with the hotel’s services in order to respond to our guests’ requests or direct them to the appropriate person
- Follow the procedures outlined in the hotel’s eco-friendly policy
