Job description
The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for implementing the marketing and communications strategy in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Director to enhance brand awareness and develop the hotel’s image.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Communications & Marketing Department
- Implement the establishment’s communications strategy
- Ensure compliance with the brand’s visual identity and graphic guidelines
- Create print and digital communication materials
- Oversee the production of photo, video, and editorial content
- Organize and coordinate photo and video shoots with the various departments
- Ensure brand image consistency across all communication channels
Digital & Social Media Division
- Implement the editorial strategy for social media (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn)
- Plan and publish content
- Manage the institution’s online reputation
- Ensure the updating and optimization of websites
- Manage email campaigns and newsletters
- Implement competitive and industry monitoring
- Track and analyze digital performance (engagement, reach, conversion, ROI)
Events Division
- Organizing internal and external events
- Helping create sales promotions and customer experiences
- Coordinating event-related communication materials
- Ensuring visibility for event operations before, during, and after they take place
