Job description
Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the Sous-Chef, and the Chef de Partie, you will:
- Set up your workstation, maintain it, and clean it at the end of the shift
- Help prepare recipes and plate dishes in accordance with established technical specifications
- Work at various stations and points of sale according to your supervisor’s instructions
- Receive and store food products by applying traceability and FIFO procedures
- Apply HACCP rules
- Handle cooking, storage, and cleaning equipment in accordance with safety procedures
- Follow the procedures inherent in the establishment’s eco-responsible policy
- Communicate calmly, respectfully, and courteously with all colleagues
