✨ Join the Adventure – Night Watchman (M/F) on a Fixed-Term Contract

To mark the reopening of our hotel in Le Touquet, following a complete renovation and rebranding, we are completely reimagining the guest experience.
To support this new project, we are looking for a Night Supervisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract who is thorough, self-reliant, and vigilant, to ensure the security of the property, the comfort of our guests, and the smooth running of operations during the night.
Your Day-to-Day Role
As the primary guardian of the hotel’s peace and security during the night, you will ensure the smooth operation of the hotel and intervene as needed to maintain a calm environment for our guests and staff.
Reporting to management, your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Monitor the premises and ensure the safety of people and property.
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the hotel’s various areas.
- Control access and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Identify and report any anomalies, incidents, or malfunctions, and take action within the scope of your responsibilities.
- Respond to customer requests during the night and provide assistance as needed.
- Provide occasional reception services for guests arriving late or leaving the hotel early in the morning.
- Handle phone calls and staff the front desk during the night shift.
- Complete daily closing procedures and pass on relevant information to the day shift teams.
- Ensure that common areas are in good condition and report any issues requiring attention.

- Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract – Part-time
- Duration: 15 hours per week
- Schedule: Night shift
- Compensation: Starting at €12.31 gross per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

- Ideally, you have prior experience as a night supervisor, night watchman, or in the hospitality industry.
- You are known for your vigilance, sense of responsibility, and composure.
- You know how to handle unexpected situations calmly and with good judgment.
- You demonstrate independence, thoroughness, and discretion.
- You have an excellent sense of service and customer relations.
- You are comfortable using computer tools; knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
- A level of English sufficient to communicate with an international clientele is appreciated.
- You are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Holiday Inn Le Touquet – Le Picardy is a 4-star hotel, situated between the sea and the forest, offering a peaceful, green setting just a stone’s throw from the famous Rue Saint Jean and the vast, fine-sand beach with its fresh air. With its 88 rooms, restaurant, and snack bar, the hotel features a magnificent resort-style area with a pool, fitness center, and jacuzzi. Business events can be hosted in the 8 fully modular meeting rooms.
