Job description
The WiZiU Group is seeking an Executive Assistant Intern (NB/F/M) for its establishments in Lille. Reporting directly to the Area General Manager of the eight hotels in Lille, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Performance management & reporting
- Implementing and monitoring management tools (dashboards, reports) for hotels (blocked rooms, operating ratios, turnover);
- Preparing and monitoring brand audits (Marriott) and consolidating action plans;
- Analyzing and summarizing performance data.
Quality & compliance
- Monitoring of quality indicators, implementation and monitoring of action plans;
- Cross-functional contribution to the continuous improvement of standards and processes;
Support for regional management
- Preparing materials for monthly meetings with hotel managers;
- Summarizing key information from hotels;
- Assisting with structuring and formalizing decisions;
Organization & processes
- Participation in the implementation of cross-functional projects (Green Key label, technical monitoring);
- Development of harmonized tools and working methods between establishments.
Your profile
Profile
- Master’s student (business school, hotel management school)
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Previous experience in the hotel industry would be a plus for your application
Contract: Internship
Remuneration: €768 gross + meal allowance
Duration: 5 to 6 months
