Fixed-term contract – Replacement

The Spa du Drap d’Or, a true haven of serenity within the Hôtel de Bourgtheroulde, is looking for its future(e) Spa Manager on a fixed-term contract to cover a replacement.
Your responsibilities:

Oversee the operational and commercial management of the spa;

Manage, lead, and unite the team of practitioners;
-
Ensure the quality of treatments and compliance with partner brand protocols (Cinq Mondes / Terrake);

Manage schedules, monitor performance indicators, and optimize sales of treatments and products;

Welcome and advise a demanding clientele, providing personalized and friendly service;

Implement sales initiatives in collaboration with management to develop the spa’s reputation and revenue;

Ensure that facilities comply with hygiene, safety, and quality standards;

Be an ambassador for the customer experience within our establishment.
Your profile
Your profile:

Diploma in aesthetics or wellness massage (CAP, BP, BTS or equivalent);

Proven experience in team management in a spa or high-end establishment;

Excellent presentation, attention to detail, and customer focus;

Natural leadership, listening skills, and kindness;

Proficiency in IT tools and Nymphéa software is appreciated;

Good command of professional English.

Contract:

Full-time 39 hours/week
Salary: starting at €2,600 gross per month depending on profile.
