Job description
Under the supervision of the restaurant manager and the head waiter, you will:
- Provide service to our guests from the moment they arrive until they leave
- Prepare the dining area in accordance with established procedures at the beginning and end of each service
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Take orders, promote products, and ensure that ordered dishes and beverages are served correctly
- Actively listen and respond positively to any questions, complaints, or requests by following Le Méridien’s process to resolve issues, delight the guest, and build trust
- Be responsible for the equipment entrusted to you and ensure the maintenance of your workstations
- Perform your duties with elegance, discretion, and professionalism
- Be familiar with the hotel’s services in order to respond to guest requests
- Follow the procedures outlined in the hotel’s eco-responsible policy
