Job description
Under the supervision of the store manager and the head waiter, you will:
- Provide service to our guests from the moment they arrive until they leave
- Prepare the dining area in accordance with established procedures at the beginning and end of the service
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Take orders, promote products, and ensure the correct distribution of ordered food and beverages
- Actively listen and respond positively to all questions, complaints, and requests by following the Le Méridien process to resolve issues, delight the guest, and build trust
- Be responsible for the equipment entrusted to you and ensure the maintenance of your workstations
- Perform duties with elegance, discretion, and professionalism
- Be familiar with the hotel’s services to meet guest requests
- Follow the procedures outlined in the hotel’s eco-friendly policy
