Position
Le Couvent des Minimes is looking for a Versatile Server (NB/M/F).
As part of the establishment’s Catering team, you will work in various areas, including: Breakfast, Restaurant, Bar, and Banquets. Your duties will include:
- Welcoming and serving customers,
- Ensure quality of service,
- Liaise with the kitchen regarding specific requests,
- Build customer loyalty through excellence and personalized service at every stage of their experience within the establishment,
- Promote other services offered by the establishment,
- Alert your supervisor of any complaints,
- Follow procedures,
- Ensure that equipment and premises are clean,
- Comply with and enforce the standards and procedures in place in the hotel as well as the HACCP approach,
Ensure that catering areas are set up.
Required profile
You have one year of experience in a similar position. Your level of English allows you to work effectively in a professional context.
- Accompanying customers to their table
- Present the menu and daily specials
- Advise and inform customers
- Serve and present dishes
- Handle payments

About the Couvent des Minimes
The Couvent des Minimes is a 4-star establishment where history and modernity come together. Located a few steps from the Grand Place, it enjoys a relaxing setting. The hotel has 75 rooms and 8 suites. Its restaurant offers traditional cuisine with regional specialties. The hotel has 7 lounges that can accommodate up to 300 people.
