Job description
As part of the establishment’s catering team, you will work in various areas, including breakfast service, the restaurant, the bar, and banquets. Your duties will include:
- Greet and serve customers
- Accompany customers to their table
- Present the menu and daily specials
- Advise and inform customers
- Serving and presenting dishes
- Manage cash collection
- Ensuring quality of service
- Liaise with the kitchen regarding specific requests
- Build customer loyalty through excellence and personalized service at every stage of their experience within the establishment
- Promote other services offered by the establishment
- Alert your supervisor of any complaints
- Follow procedures
- Ensure that catering areas are set up
- Ensure that equipment and premises are clean
- Comply with and enforce the standards and procedures in place in the hotel as well as the HACCP approach

L’Alliance – Couvent des Minimes is a 4-star establishment where history and modernity come together. Located a few steps from the Grand Place, it enjoys a relaxing environment. The hotel has 75 rooms and 8 suites. Its restaurant offers traditional cuisine with regional specialties. Two bars complete the dining experience, including one dedicated to champagne in a magnificent suspended glass roof. The hotel has 7 lounges that can accommodate up to 300 people.
