Le Couvent des Minimes recherche un Serveur Polyvalent en CDI
Rattaché à l’équipe Restauration de l’établissement, vous évoluez dans les différents espaces de que sont : le Petit-Déjeuner, le Restaurant, le Bar et les Banquets ; et vos missions sont :
- Accueillir et servir les clients
- Accompagner les clients jusqu’à leur table
- Présenter le menu et les suggestions du jour
- Conseiller et informer les clients
- Servir et présenter les plats
- Gérer l’encaissement
- S’assurer de la qualité de service
- Faire le lien avec la cuisine sur les spécificités demandées
- Fidéliser la clientèle grâce à l’excellence et la personnalisation du service à chaque étape de son expérience au sein de l’établissement
- Promouvoir les autres services offerts par l’établissement
- Alerter son supérieur hiérarchique de toute plainte
- Respecter les procédures
- S’assurer de la mise en place des espaces de Restauration
- S’assurer de la propreté du matériel et des locaux
- Respecter et faire respecter les standards et procédures en place dans l’hôtel ainsi que la démarche HACCP
Your profile
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven sense of service. Organized by nature, you know how to be versatile, always paying particular attention to the smallest details. You enjoy working as part of a team and know how to be rigorous in carrying out your assignments.
You have one year’s experience in a similar position. Your level of English enables you to work effectively in a professional context.

L’Alliance – Couvent des minimes is a 4-star establishment where history and modernity meet. Located just a few steps from the Grand Place, it enjoys a relaxing environment. The hotel has 75 rooms and 8 suites. Its restaurant offers traditional cuisine with regional specialities. Two bars complete the restaurant offer, including a champagne bar in a magnificent suspended glass roof. The hotel has 7 lounges that can accommodate up to 300 guests.
