Restaurant L’Aumale – Hôtel de Bourgtheroulde, Rouen
The Restaurant L’Aumale, a bistronomic restaurant located within the Hôtel de Bourgtheroulde, is looking for its future Sous Chef (M/F) to join a passionate team committed to culinary excellence.
Working alongside the Head Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen and the satisfaction of our customers. Your duties will include:
✔ Assisting the Chef in organizing and managing the kitchen
✔ Supervising the team and ensuring smooth service
✔ Ensuring the quality of dishes and compliance with the establishment’s standards
✔ Ensuring the application of food hygiene and safety standards
✔ Participating in the development of menus and making culinary suggestions
Your profile
With a degree in culinary arts, you have proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-end establishment.
Excellent command of culinary techniques and attention to detail
Natural leadership and ability to manage a team
Rigorous, organized, and proactive
Passion for gastronomy and customer satisfaction

Contract:
- Permanent contract, 39 hours per week
