To mark the reopening of our hotel in Le Touquet, following a complete renovation and a change of brand, we are completely rethinking our dining options.
To support this new project, we are looking for a Sous Chef on a permanent contract who is passionate, committed, and driven by the desire to actively contribute to the success of the opening.
?? Your day-to-day role
Working closely with Head Chef Laurent, you will be a pillar of the team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of production:

Assist the Chef in the organization and daily management of the kitchen

Participate in the development and evolution of menus

Ensure the quality of dishes and compliance with technical specifications and establishment standards

Supervise, train, and motivate the team in the absence of the Chef

Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards (HACCP).

Manage orders, stocks, and inventories

Be proactive in optimizing costs and improving processes

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Your profile:

Training in cooking (CAP / BEP / Bac Pro or equivalent)

Proven experience as a sous chef or similar position

Natural leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail

The Holiday Inn Le Touquet – Le Picardy is a 4-star hotel located between the sea and the forest, offering a green and peaceful setting, a stone’s throw from the famous Rue Saint Jean and the immense sandy beach with its pure air. With its 88 rooms, restaurant, and snack bar, the hotel has a magnificent resort-style area with a swimming pool, fitness center, and jacuzzi. Business events can be organized in the 8 fully modular meeting rooms.
