To mark the reopening of our hotel in Le Touquet, following a complete renovation and a change of brand, we are reimagining the entire guest experience, starting from the very first hours of the day.
Breakfast is a key moment of the stay. To support this new project, we are looking for a Breakfast Manager on a permanent contract, passionate about hospitality, organization, and quality of service, and eager to actively contribute to the success of a new opening.
? Your day-to-day role
As the key person ensuring the breakfast experience, you will guarantee the quality, smooth flow, and organization of this highlight of the day:

Organize, prepare, and supervise breakfast service

Ensure the setup, quality, and presentation of the buffet and/or table service

Greet guests with professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness

Supervise, train, and coordinate the breakfast team

Manage schedules and task assignments

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Manage orders, stock, and inventory

Proactively suggest ways to improve the product offering, processes, and customer experience

Ensure the dining room and service areas are kept in good order

Salary: starting at €2,200 gross per month (depending on profile and experience)

Your Profile:

Training in hospitality and catering / service (BEP, Bac Pro, BTS, or equivalent)

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Strong focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction

Leadership, attention to detail, and team spirit

Independence and reliability

Fluency in English is appreciated

The Holiday Inn Le Touquet – Le Picardy is a 4-star hotel, situated between the sea and the forest, offering a green and peaceful setting, just a stone’s throw from the famous Rue Saint Jean and the vast, pristine sandy beach. With its 88 rooms, restaurant, and snack bar, the hotel features a magnificent resort-style area with a swimming pool, fitness center, and jacuzzi. Business events can be organized in the 8 fully modular meeting rooms.
