With the reopening of our hotel in Le Touquet, following a complete renovation and a change of brand, we are rethinking the entire customer experience, starting with the first hours of the day.
Breakfast is a key moment of the stay. To support this new project, we are looking for a Breakfast Manager on a permanent contract, who is passionate about hospitality, organization, and quality of service, and eager to actively contribute to the success of a new opening.
? Your day-to-day role
As the guardian of the breakfast experience, you will ensure the quality, smooth running, and organization of this key moment of the day:

Organize, prepare, and supervise breakfast service

Ensure the setup, quality, and presentation of the buffet and/or table service

Welcome guests in a professional, friendly and attentive manner

Supervise, train, and coordinate the breakfast team

Manage schedules and task allocation

Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)

Manage orders, stock, and inventory

Be proactive in improving the offering, processes, and customer experience

Ensure the dining room and service areas are kept tidy

Training in hospitality/catering/service (vocational diploma, vocational baccalaureate, advanced vocational diploma, or equivalent)

The Holiday Inn Le Touquet – Le Picardy is a 4-star hotel located between the sea and the forest, offering a green and peaceful setting, a stone’s throw from the famous Rue Saint Jean and the immense sandy beach with its pure air. With its 88 rooms, restaurant, and snack bar, the hotel has a magnificent resort-style area with a swimming pool, fitness center, and jacuzzi. Business events can be organized in the 8 fully modular meeting rooms.
