Rotating Receptionist (F/M/N) (Fixed-Term Contract)

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Ibis Styles Lille Centre Gare Beffroi is seeking a Rotating Front Desk Clerk for a fixed-term replacement contract.
Your responsibilities:
– Work in a welcoming environment;
– Greet guests, ensure their stay runs smoothly, and handle their check-out;
– Provide information and answer guests’ various questions;
– Informing guests about availability.
Your duties:
– Greeting and communicating: welcoming guests in French and English. Speaking another foreign language may be a plus for your application. Assisting guests during their stay with practical, tourist-related, or other inquiries. Providing information on the services offered by the hotel. Providing information on the hotel’s surroundings and local attractions. Communicating with other departments;
– Administration: taking reservations, managing billing from guest arrival to departure, processing payments, managing petty cash, and handling cash transactions;
– Marketing: promoting the hotel’s products. Building customer loyalty.
CONTRACT
Fixed-term replacement contract with indefinite duration
Work hours: 23.4 hours per week (3 days)
Salary: €1,235.05 gross/month + meal allowance

Your profile
You’re the right person for us if you have excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, are organized, and know how to manage your priorities.
Your attention to detail and commitment to service will be major assets for this role within a dedicated and diverse team.
Fluency in English is required; a second language would be a plus, as would proficiency in Opéra Cloud and RESA WEB.
