Job description
Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager and Front Office Assistants, you will:
- Welcome guests in accordance with Marriott values
- Be available to guests during their stay to respond to their requests
- Build a special relationship with guests during their stay to ensure they have an exceptional experience.
- Communicate with other operational departments to ensure our guests have an exceptional stay.
- Apply department procedures: administration, hygiene, safety, eco-responsibility.
- Check guests out and accurately prepare invoices and payments.
- Handle guest complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
- Promote the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
- Be familiar with the hotel’s products and services, promote them, and be able to inform guests
- Inform guests about activities, restaurants, concerts, etc. in Nice and the surrounding area
- Comply with the procedures inherent in the establishment’s eco-responsibility policy
