Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling front desk operations, check-in, check-out, and guest information in accordance with the procedures established by the Director of Guest Services.
- Take care of guests and contribute to their well-being, satisfaction, and loyalty through a warm and personalized approach
- Manage guest flow and ensure waiting times are minimized
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Take reservations for all sales channels as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the various departments (housekeeping, technical, etc.) and all of the hotel’s reception areas
- Perform tasks related to the department’s operations and prepare any necessary reports

Job Description:

- You enjoy working in a team and collaborating effectively.
- You are fluent in several languages, including English, to communicate with our international clientele
- Proficiency in the Opera software would be an asset for joining our teams

Contract :
Permanent contract – 39 hours
Salary: starting at €2,079
