The Hôtel de Bourgtheroulde is seeking a motivated work-study Receptionist to support its growth and share its expertise in a high-end environment.
Your daily responsibilities:
- Greet guests with professionalism and warmth;
- Organize arrivals and departures in accordance with current procedures;
- Ensure guests’ comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay;
- Provide information about the hotel’s services and booking procedures;
- Manage billing for stays and collect payments;
- Answer the phone and direct calls to the appropriate departments;
- Handle administrative preparations for the following day (VIP arrivals, registration cards, etc.);
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about the hotel;
- Learn, grow, and share your ideas!
Your profile
Your profile:
- You are preparing for a hospitality apprenticeship;
- You are fluent in English;
- You are motivated, dynamic, organized, and have good interpersonal skills;
- You are passionate about the hospitality industry, curious, and eager to learn;
- A professional appearance and a team-oriented attitude are essential;
- Previous experience is a plus, but your motivation and desire to learn will make all the difference.
Contract & conditions:
Apprenticeship contract in partnership with your hospitality school.
Compensation according to the current legal pay scale + 2 meal allowances per day.
