With the reopening of our hotel in Le Touquet, following a complete renovation and a change of brand, we are completely rethinking the customer experience.
To support this new project, we are looking for a Receptionist on a fixed-term contract for the season, who is cheerful, professional, and motivated by the desire to actively contribute to the success of the opening.
?? Your day-to-day role
As a true ambassador for the establishment, you are the first and last smile our customers encounter. Reporting to management and working with all teams, you will help to provide a smooth and memorable experience:

Welcoming customers in person and on the phone in a professional and friendly manner

Manage arrivals and departures (check-in/check-out).

Process reservations and optimize room scheduling

Provide information, advice, and respond to customer requests throughout their stay

Manage billing and collections

Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, catering, maintenance)

Ensure the quality of the customer experience and anticipate needs

Handle any complaints diplomatically and efficiently

Help maintain a neat and professional reception area

Type of contract: Permanent – Full-time
Duration: 39 hours/week
Salary: starting at €2,200 gross per month (depending on profile and experience)

Your profile:

Training in hospitality/tourism or significant experience in reception

First experience as a receptionist appreciated

Excellent presentation and sense of service

Good interpersonal skills and a welcoming manner

Organization, rigor, and priority management

Proficiency in IT tools and, ideally, hotel PMS systems

Professional English essential (a second language is a plus)

Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of responsibility

The Holiday Inn Le Touquet – Le Picardy is a 4-star hotel located between the sea and the forest, offering a green and peaceful setting, a stone’s throw from the famous Rue Saint Jean and the immense sandy beach with its pure air. With its 88 rooms, restaurant, and snack bar, the hotel has a magnificent resort-style area with a swimming pool, fitness center, and jacuzzi. Business events can be organized in the 8 fully modular meeting rooms.
