L’Hermitage Gantois is looking for an NB Practitioner (M/F) for its spa.
Main responsibilities:
- Greeting customers
- Preparing treatment rooms
- Building customer loyalty
Activities:
- Provide care, massages, and beauty treatments in accordance with protocols established by management
- Promote, advise on, and sell services and skincare products to increase revenue
- Listen to customers and meet their needs and expectations
- Build customer loyalty by providing an exceptional customer experience
- Keep the spa clean and tidy
- Follow health and safety standards
- Prepare the treatment rooms and the entire spa reception area before treatments

Qualités principales:
- Bonne connaissance de l’esthétique
- Sens du relationnel
- Esprit d’équipe
- Sens du détail
- Rigueur
- Linguistique (l’anglais est un minimum)
Diplôme souhaité : BTS esthétique ou titre de spa praticien
