With the reopening of our hotel in Le Touquet, following a complete renovation and a change of brand, we are completely rethinking the customer experience.
To support this new project, we are looking for a Night Auditor on a permanent contract who is rigorous, independent, and motivated by the desire to play an active role in the success of a new opening.
Your day-to-day role
As the person responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the establishment during the night, you will welcome late-night guests and ensure the reliability of administrative operations. Reporting to management, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of service:

Ensure late/early check-ins and check-outs are handled professionally

Ensure the security and tranquility of the establishment during the night

Perform daily closings (night audit)

Check and verify the day’s accounting operations

Manage billing, collections, and financial reports

Process reservations and prepare for the next day’s arrivals

Respond to customer requests and handle emergencies calmly

Ensure information is passed on to the day shift team
- Ensure the quality of the welcome and the image of the establishment.

Type of contract: Permanent contract – Full-time
Duration: 39 hours/week (night work)
Salary: from €2,300 gross per month (depending on profile and experience, night shift bonuses included where applicable)

Training in hospitality, tourism, or accounting is appreciated

Experience in reception or as a night auditor highly desirable

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Autonomy and sense of responsibility

Comfortable with numbers and IT tools (hotel PMS desirable)

Professional English essential

Ability to handle unexpected events calmly and with discernment

The Holiday Inn Le Touquet – Le Picardy is a 4-star hotel located between the sea and the forest, offering a green and peaceful setting, a stone’s throw from the famous Rue Saint Jean and the immense sandy beach with its pure air. With its 88 rooms, restaurant, and snack bar, the hotel has a magnificent resort-style area with a swimming pool, fitness center, and jacuzzi. Business events can be organized in the 8 fully modular meeting rooms.
