To mark the reopening of our hotel in Le Touquet, following a complete renovation and a change of brand, we are completely rethinking our dining and table service experience. To support this new project, we are looking for a(e) Maître d’Hôtel on a permanent contract, who is passionate about service, has excellent hospitality skills, and is motivated by the desire to actively participate in the success of a new opening.
? Your day-to-day role
As the true conductor of the dining room service, you are responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and the smooth running of services, under the supervision of the Catering Manager and in close collaboration with the kitchen and management:

Organize, coordinate, and supervise front-of-house services

Greet customers with professionalism, elegance, and attention

Ensure smooth, friendly, and high-quality service

Supervise, train, and motivate the front-of-house team

Manage schedules and team assignments

Ensure compliance with service standards and the establishment’s image

Liaise between the dining room and the kitchen to ensure perfect coordination

Handle complaints diplomatically and efficiently

Help build customer loyalty

Be proactive in improving the customer experience and processes

Salary: starting at €2,450 gross per month (depending on profile and experience)

Training in hospitality/catering/service (vocational diploma, vocational baccalaureate, advanced vocational diploma, or equivalent)

Proven experience as a Maître d’Hôtel or Restaurant Manager

Excellent presentation and keen sense of service

Leadership, organization, and rigor

Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer satisfaction

Ability to manage a demanding clientele

Team spirit, reliability, and commitment

Fluency in English is appreciated

The Holiday Inn Le Touquet – Le Picardy is a 4-star hotel located between the sea and the forest, offering a green and peaceful setting, a stone’s throw from the famous Rue Saint Jean and the immense sandy beach with its pure air. With its 88 rooms, restaurant, and snack bar, the hotel has a magnificent resort-style area with a swimming pool, fitness center, and jacuzzi. Business events can be organized in the 8 fully modular meeting rooms.
