Job description
Under the supervision of the store manager, you will:
- Be responsible for setting up the dining area assigned to you in accordance with service procedures
- Ensure an exceptional experience for customers from the moment they arrive until they leave
- Monitor the flow of service, customer satisfaction, and the handling of complaints
- Be responsible for the equipment entrusted to you; restock and maintain the stations
- Carry out your duties with elegance, discretion, and professionalism
- Be familiar with the hotel’s services in order to respond to guest requests
