Job description

Reporting to the Assistant Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Financial Officer, the rotating accountant works as part of a team responsible for recording the hotel’s daily operations: cash registers, receipts, suppliers, and customers.

The rotating accountant complies with accounting and tax regulations.

The rotating accountant maintains confidentiality with regard to any information they may see, hear, or use in the course of their work.

The rotating accountant is responsible for a specific position but will also be trained in other positions within the department. He or she may therefore be asked to change positions temporarily or permanently as part of his or her contract.

The distribution of tasks among the various positions may be reviewed and modified according to the needs of the department at any given time.
