To mark the reopening of our hotel in Le Touquet, following a complete renovation and a rebranding, we are completely rethinking our dining offerings.
To support this new project, we are looking for a Chef de Partie on a permanent contract, who is passionate, committed, and driven by the desire to actively contribute to the success of the opening.
?? Your day-to-day role
Reporting to Head Chef Laurent and working alongside the entire kitchen team, you play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes:

Manage and organize your section independently

Ensure the preparation and production of dishes in accordance with the technical specifications

Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of the dishes

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Participate in the development and evolution of menus

Supervise and mentor kitchen assistants in your department

Proactively suggest ways to improve processes and optimize costs

Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment

Culinary training (CAP / BEP / Bac Pro or equivalent)

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent position

The Holiday Inn Le Touquet – Le Picardy is a 4-star hotel, situated between the sea and the forest, offering a green and peaceful setting, just a stone’s throw from the famous Rue Saint Jean and the vast, pristine sandy beach. With its 88 rooms, restaurant, and snack bar, the hotel features a magnificent resort-style area with a swimming pool, fitness center, and jacuzzi. Business events can be organized in the 8 fully modular meeting rooms.
