Job description
The Hôtel de Bourgtheroulde, a 5-star hotel located in the heart of Rouen, combines historic charm with modern luxury. A member of the Autograph Collection (Marriott) network, the hotel features several dining venues, including an elegant and sophisticated bar that welcomes an international clientele.
As a bartender, you will provide high-quality service in our bar and on the terrace.

Greet guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude

Prepare and serve drinks according to the establishment’s standards

Advise customers on the cocktail, wine, and spirits menus

Ensure the bar is set up, restocked, and clean

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Help create cocktails (depending on your profile)
Your profile

Previous experience in a bar or high-end hospitality setting is preferred

Professional appearance, customer service orientation, and a dynamic personality

Knowledge of classic cocktails

Fluency in French required; English is preferred
