Nous recherchons un Alternant en Restauration/Bar (NB/F/H) pour rejoindre l’équipe.
Missions :
- Accueillir les clients et prendre les commandes ;
- Assurer le service des clients et le débarrassage des tables ;
- Respecter les fiches techniques ;
- Respecter les normes HACCP ;
- Développer les ventes additionnelles du service bar ;
- Aide à la construction des différentes cartes ;
- S’assurer de la propreté des espaces et du matériel.
Your profile
Job Description
- With a background in hospitality, you have initial experience working as a front desk clerk and/or night front desk clerk;
- You are thorough and self-reliant, and you know how to use common sense in any situation;
- You are known for your interpersonal skills and customer service;
- You speak professional-level English.
Contract:
Apprenticeship Contract (35 hours)
Salary: according to current collective bargaining agreements
