Under the guidance of the Executive Chef and his team, you will develop your skills in a demanding environment where quality, creativity, and excellence are at the heart of what we do.
Your Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation and creation of pastries, desserts, and sweet treats.
- Assist with the daily setup of production.
- Help plate desserts during service.
- Follow the establishment’s technical specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Maintain your workstation and the equipment provided.
- Develop your skills alongside a team of passionate professionals.
Your profile
- Are you preparing for a CAP, Mention Complémentaire, BP, or BTM in Pastry Arts through a work-study program?
- You are motivated, curious, and eager to learn at a prestigious institution.
- You are thorough, organized, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You are punctual, dedicated, and creative.
Contract:
Apprenticeship Contract (35 hours)
Salary: in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining scales
