Job description
The Ibis Styles Lille Centre Gare Beffroi and the Novotel Lille Centre Gares are looking for a Work-Study Executive Assistant to support our Combo Hotel Manager with various tasks. Reporting to senior management, you will play a cross-functional role involving coordination, analysis, and support, working closely with all operational departments and support functions (accommodations, food and beverage, technical, sales, and HR).
Reporting and Performance Management
- Develop and update weekly and monthly reports
- Create, maintain, and analyze dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Produce statistical tables (occupancy, revenue, RevPAR, customer satisfaction, etc.)
- Collect, consolidate, and verify data from various departments
- Conduct ad hoc analyses at the request of management
- Participate in budget monitoring and the tracking of certain financial indicators
Project management and change management
- Monitor ongoing action plans and projects (DUER, Clé Verte certification, brand audit)
- Help organize internal audits and quality inspections
- Help manage projects related to the rebranding
- Support the operational transition following facility renovations (supporting teams, implementing standards)
Administrative support and coordination
- Handle administrative follow-up on the Department’s files
- Prepare meeting materials and draft meeting minutes
- Coordinate requests between different departments
- Organize and archive administrative documents
- Provide administrative and operational support to teams as needed
Continuous improvement and quality
- Update internal procedures and documents
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the organization of institutions
- Monitor best practices and brand standards
Your profile
Job Requirements
- You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, management, hospitality management, or an equivalent field
- Proficient with office software, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with a variety of stakeholders
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- An interest in the hospitality industry would be a plus
Contract
- One-Year Apprenticeship Contract
- Please specify the work-study schedule in your application
- Hours per week: 39 hours
- Compensation: HCR collective bargaining scale
