Job description
Our Purchasing Department is seeking a work-study student for the 2026 academic year to contribute to the department’s operations as a Purchasing & Cost Control Work-Study Student (Open to All).
Within the Finance and Purchasing Division at the Group’s headquarters in Lille, your responsibilities will include:
- Cost control (F&B, consumables, miscellaneous purchases);
- Inventory management (stock levels and valuation);
- Management of purchasing systems and related tools (configuring price lists, creating items and suppliers, training users).
Main responsibilities:

- Participating in periodic inventory counts and analyzing discrepancies;
- Monitoring technical specifications and menu development prior to implementation;
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of control procedures;
- Provide support to food service managers in the use of management software;
- Ensure the proper use of procurement platforms;
- Collaborate with operational teams (kitchen, food service, housekeeping).

Your profile
You are pursuing a BTS in accounting/management, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and have an interest in working with data and numbers. You enjoy working in a team and are meticulous in carrying out your tasks.

Salary: based on the standard pay scale + quarterly performance bonus
