Job description
Within the Finance Department, and reporting to the Group Purchasing Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of costs and operational performance by developing tools, ensuring data reliability, and supporting teams in a culture of continuous improvement within a multi-site, multi-brand hotel environment to ensure that budget targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
To this end, your responsibilities will include the following:
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & ANALYSIS
- Monitor and analyze costs (F&B, supplies, maintenance, etc.)
- Analyze variances between actual, budget, and forecast
- Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend concrete actions
- Detect anomalies, deviations, and operational risks
REPORTING AND MANAGEMENT TOOLS
- Design and refine decision-making dashboards
- Establish a reliable and consistent group-wide reporting system
- Produce regular analyses for senior management and site directors
- Ensure the reliability and automation of data collection and processing
INTERNAL CONTROL
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of financial and operational data
- Helping to structure internal control processes
- Auditing practices (inventory, cash flows, purchasing, sales)
- Ensure compliance with Group standards
TOOL STRUCTURING
- Implement and maintain reference systems (items, units, coding)
- Structure multi-site databases
- Optimize management systems (inventory, POS, ERP, etc.)
- Define management rules (inventory thresholds, theoretical consumption, etc.)
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
- Support and train teams (food service managers, operations staff)
- Harmonize practices across facilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for hotel managers
- Maintain a regular on-site presence
PURCHASING LIAISON
- Contribute to the analysis of supplier performance
- Participate in the optimization and standardization of product listings
- Collaborate with the purchasing and accounting teams
Your profile
Education / Professional Experience
- Education: Master’s degree in finance, management accounting, auditing, or business school
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in management accounting, ideally in the hospitality or tourism sector
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent proficiency in Excel (data analysis, dashboards)
- Knowledge of hospitality software (PMS, POS, accounting ERP)
- Proficiency with inventory management tools (such as Adaco, Birchstreet, Futurelog)
- Good understanding of F&B ratios and operational challenges

- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities

Contract
- Permanent contract, supervisor, 39 hours/week
- Gross base salary: €3,000/month
- Location: Lille (Group Headquarters)
- Travel may be required (multi-site organization)
