Main Responsibilities
To support the Executive Management team in steering its strategic projects, we are seeking a Work-Study Project Manager for Executive Management.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will help manage WiZiU’s strategic projects and assist the Executive Management Team in overseeing the Group’s cross-functional initiatives.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Executive Management Team in monitoring strategic projects.
Preparing materials for meetings, Executive Committee meetings, steering committees, and presentations.
Conduct data analyses, studies, and dashboards to inform decision-making.
Monitor action plans and coordinate between the various departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Revenue Management, Engineering, IT, etc.).
Contribute to the management of projects involving the opening, takeover, or transformation of properties.
Monitor new technologies, artificial intelligence, and innovations applicable to the hospitality sector.
Help identify opportunities for continuous improvement (organization, customer experience, digitalization, upselling, etc.).
Help prepare strategic reports to be presented to senior management.
You will work on a variety of topics, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how a rapidly growing hotel group operates.
Your profile
Education / Professional Experience
Master’s 1 or Master’s 2 (Business School, IAE, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent).
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Professional proficiency in English.
Key Skills
Very strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Comfortable working with numerical data.
Curiosity about digital tools and artificial intelligence.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
