We are looking for a passionate and motivated Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. Put your passion to work at a 4-star hotel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the hotel’s General Manager and working in collaboration with the Executive Chef, your role is to:
- Develop and implement your department’s strategy to generate revenue;
- Organize resource planning, ensure the quality of services provided, and oversee the coordination of services;
- Manage the procurement of food and beverages (breakfast and bar) in line with the establishment’s foot traffic and the tools available within the group;
- Build customer loyalty through excellent service at every stage of the guest’s experience at the establishment;
- Conduct competitive intelligence and propose innovative solutions to ensure the establishment’s competitiveness;
- Prepare sales forecasts, budget plans, and monitor budget performance;
- Supervise a team of about fifteen people across various shifts;
- Conduct and participate in monthly inventory counts;
- Comply with and maintain hygiene standards as well as applicable regulations in the areas of food service and establishments open to the public.
Our Food Service Department includes:
A breakfast buffet available 7 days a week, a 120-seat bistronomic restaurant (Le Jardin du Cloître), a bar, 24/7 room service, and a banquet area with several rooms that can accommodate up to 400 people.
Your profile
You have a degree in hospitality (bachelor’s or master’s) and proven experience in the luxury hospitality industry. You have at least 3 years of successful experience in a similar role and/or in a management position.
You pay special attention to customer satisfaction and know how to mobilize the necessary resources to provide them with a personalized experience.
Committed, dynamic, versatile, and meticulous, you share your passion and positive attitude with both your colleagues and your guests.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second language is preferred, as is proficiency with IT tools (including Lightspeed).
Contract:
- Permanent contract (CDI) – executive position with a fixed daily rate
- Salary: €3,500 gross + meal allowance
- Variable: Performance-based bonus (15% of gross annual compensation)

The hotel features 75 rooms and 8 suites. Its restaurant serves traditional cuisine with regional specialties. Two bars round out the dining options, including one dedicated to champagne in a magnificent suspended glass-roofed space. The hotel has 7 function rooms that can accommodate up to 300 people.
