We are looking for our future General Housekeeping Manager, the true leader of the Housekeeping department, responsible for ensuring the quality of our spaces and the well-being of our guests.
Your Responsibilities
Management & Organization
- Supervise, support, and unite the floor teams on a daily basis.
- Organize schedules and coordinate activities based on the hotel’s occupancy rates.
- Train teams and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Operational Supervision
- Ensure impeccable cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas.
- Monitor the quality of services and oversee technical maintenance.<
- Ensure the smooth operation of the department and anticipate operational needs.
Management & Quality
- Manage the department’s inventory, orders, and equipment needs.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety procedures and internal standards.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

- You have proven experience in housekeeping, ideally in the high-end hospitality industry.
- You are organized, thorough, and responsive.
- You possess natural leadership skills and a genuine commitment to service.
- You thrive in a demanding environment where attention to detail makes all the difference.
