Our team is currently seeking its future Head Waiter to orchestrate an exceptional customer experience.
✨ Your role
As the true conductor of our service, you will ensure a seamless, warm, and high-end experience for our local and international clientele.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
• Welcome and retain customers with elegance and professionalism
• Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house operations
• Supervise, motivate, and support the service teams
• Ensure quality standards and service excellence
• Ensure effective communication between the dining room, the kitchen, and the hotel’s various departments
• Contribute to the development of the restaurant’s image and guest experience
Your profile

• Proven experience in high-end dining or 4/5-star hospitality
• Natural leadership and attention to detail
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills, responsiveness, and team spirit
• Professional English skills preferred
