Your Mission
As an HR Assistant, you ensure efficient HR administration with a strong focus on Hard HR, payroll, and reporting, while supporting key HR projects.
Hard HR & Payroll Management:
- Manage payroll for Head Office and Hotel General Managers
- Administer employee contracts, amendments, and social documents
- Monitor absences, leave, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with Belgian labor legislation
- Support social audits when required
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and analyze monthly HR reports and KPIs (headcount, labour costs, absenteeism, etc.)
- Prepare documentation for Works Council meetings
HR projects & Office Support
- Support HR structuring, digitalization, and process optimization projects
- Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and continuous improvement
- Provide administrative support to the Head Office when required
- Participate in recruitment projects

Your profile
Your Profile
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Experience in Hard HR and Payroll
- Analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential)
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
- Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented
- Discreet, reliable and business-oriented
- Good communicator
