Job description
As part of the establishment’s Food Service team, you will work in various areas, including: Breakfast, the Restaurant, the Bar, and Banquets; and your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and serving customers,
- Ensuring high-quality service,
- Liaising with the kitchen regarding specific requests,
- Build customer loyalty through excellent and personalized service at every stage of their experience at the establishment,
- Promote the other services offered by the establishment,
- Notify your supervisor of any complaints,
- Follow procedures,
- Ensure the dining areas are set up properly,
- Ensure equipment and premises are clean,
- Comply with and enforce the hotel’s established standards and procedures, as well as the HACCP protocol,
Your profile
- Escort customers to their tables
- Present the menu and daily specials
- Advise and inform customers
- Serve and present dishes
- Handle payment

L’Alliance – Couvent des Minimes is a 4-star hotel where history and modernity blend seamlessly. Located just a few steps from the Grand Place, it enjoys a peaceful setting. The hotel features 75 rooms and 8 suites. Its restaurant serves traditional cuisine with regional specialties. Two bars complete the dining experience, including one dedicated to champagne in a magnificent suspended glass-roofed space. The hotel also has 7 meeting rooms suitable for seminars.
