Our Sales Department in Lille is seeking a work-study student for the 2026 academic year to contribute to the department’s operations as a Group Desk Sales Representative (NB/F/H).
Within the Sales Department at the Group’s headquarters in Lille, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing requests from Business & Leisure Group clients (banquets, meetings, and accommodations) from initial inquiry through confirmation of the booking
- Adhere to SOPs (response times, proposal quality);
- Ensure the quality of data entry and file tracking using the relevant tools;
- Follow up and monitor your portfolio by phone;
- Ensure the quality of files sent to seminar coordinators at the hotels;
- Sales Responsibilities
- Qualify, advise, present arguments, and negotiate according to the defined strategy;
- Follow up with the client at appropriate times to confirm their booking.
- Strategy
- Adhere to the Yield strategy (rates and event types) with the goal of meeting hotel budgets;
- Comply with the Terms and Conditions.

Your profile
Currently pursuing a degree in sales or hospitality, you demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a growing business acumen. You enjoy working in a team and are thorough in carrying out your tasks.
Your level of English allows you to work effectively in a professional setting.
