HR ASSISTANT (M/F/N) – WORK-STUDY PROGRAM

The Hôtel de Bourgtheroulde is seeking a motivated work-study HR Assistant to support its growth and share its expertise in a high-end environment.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will assist with the following tasks:
- Manage personnel administration: employment contracts, amendments, medical exams, health insurance, etc.;
- Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees;
- Accurately prepare and track payroll data;
- Update and monitor HR dashboards;
- Contribute to HR communications and the organization of internal events;
- Manage contracts for apprentices, interns, and temporary staff;
- Participate in recruitment: drafting and posting job offers, sorting resumes, conducting initial phone screenings;
- Monitor the training plan and support skills development;
- Learn, grow, and share your ideas!
Your profile
Your profile:
- You are motivated, dynamic, and have strong interpersonal skills;
- You demonstrate great adaptability and have the ability to listen effectively to a variety of audiences
- Organized, thorough, and discreet, you are able to synthesize information effectively;
- You have a solid understanding of administrative management and office software;
- Previous experience is preferred, but your motivation and eagerness to learn will make all the difference.
Contract & conditions:
Two to three years of post-secondary education required
Apprenticeship contract.
Compensation according to the current legal pay scale + 2 meal allowances per day.
