Job description
We are looking for a Reception Intern (M/F/N) to join the Front Office team at the Ibis Styles Lille Centre Gare Beffroi.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare for guests’ arrival prior to their stay;
- Process reservation requests across various channels;
- Greet guests (in person and over the phone);
- Ensure compliance with check-in and check-out procedures for guests;
- Respond to guest requests throughout their stay;
- Handle guest billing and payment processing;
- Adopt a sales-oriented approach to drive additional sales;
- Develop your skills by managing seminar rooms and the bar.
Your profile
Job Description
- With a background in hospitality, you have initial experience working as a front desk clerk and/or night front desk clerk;
- You are thorough and self-reliant, and you demonstrate good judgment in all situations;
Contract:
Apprenticeship contract (35 hours)
Salary: based on current collective bargaining agreements
