Nous recherchons un Alternant en Réception (NB/F/H) pour rejoindre l’équipe.
Vos responsabilités :
- Assurer l’accueil des clients, veiller au bon déroulement de leur séjour puis effectuer leur départ.
- Renseigner et répondre aux différentes questions des clients
- Renseigner les clients sur les disponibilités
Vos missions :
- Accueillir : accueil du client en français et dans au moins une langue étrangère. Réponse au client pendant la durée du séjour sur des questions d’ordre pratique, touristique ou autre. Information sur les prestations offertes par l’hôtel. Information sur l’environnement de l’hôtel et les ressources locales.
- Communiquer avec les autres services ;
- Assurer la partie administrative : prise de réservations, gestion de la facture de l’arrivée au départ du client, encaissements, gestion des fonds de caisse et passages de caisse, tenue du secrétariat de la réception ;
- Garantir la commercialisation et la promotion des produits et services de l’hôtel ainsi que la fidélisation de la clientèle ;
- Assurer le service de conciergerie pour répondre aux demandes et besoins des clients ;
- Prendre en charge les clients VIP en offrant un service personnalisé et sur mesure ;
- Assurer un support sur les missions de Guest Relation ;
- Suivre l’ensemble des process internes.
Your profile
Job Description
- With a background in hospitality, you have initial experience working as a front desk clerk and/or night front desk clerk;
- You are thorough and self-reliant, and you know how to use common sense in any situation;
- You are known for your interpersonal skills and customer service;
- You speak professional-level English.
Contract:
Apprenticeship Contract (39 hours)
Salary: according to current collective bargaining agreements

L’Alliance – Couvent des Minimes is a 4-star establishment where history and modernity blend seamlessly. Located just a few steps from the Grand Place, it enjoys a peaceful setting. The hotel features 75 rooms and 8 suites. Its restaurant offers traditional cuisine with regional specialties. Two bars complete the dining experience, including one dedicated to champagne in a magnificent suspended glass-roofed space. The hotel has 7 function rooms that can accommodate up to 300 people.
